TOMORROW! It’s going to be hot but this is where all the cool folks will be! Here’s just a very small sampling of what’s available tomorrow night via silent auction, live auction and raffles: Tickets for VIP seating to see the Decemberists at the KettleHouse Amphitheater; KettleHouse beer and beer mugs; golf lessons by golf pro Travis Skeesick; an all-day float down the Bitterroot River for 2, including food and drinks, with Marc Cooke; gift certificates; artwork and much, much more. All that and food, wine and live music by the talented John Floridas Trio! A great time for a great cause. Hope to see you there!

Today is CORY’S BIRTHDAY!

Want to give him a nice birthday present? Help him get a safe, reliable, adapted and accessible vehicle so he can retain his mobility, freedom and independence.

As many of you know, Cory has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, has lost most use of his legs and uses a wheelchair. He depends on an adapted vehicle to get to school, get to work, shop and run errands.

Cory has been accepted into the national nonprofit Jett Foundation’s Accessible Vehicle Fund. If we raise half the funds for an accessible vehicle, the Jett Foundation will pay the other half.

We are seeking to raise $32,500. We’re almost halfway there!

PLEASE help Cory retain mobility, freedom and independence. Contribute today, and please pass this on to those who might be able to contribute.

CORY NEEDS A NEW ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE. PLEASE HELP! Our efforts to raise funds to get Cory a safe, reliable, adapted and accessible vehicle — to help him retain mobility, freedom and independence — has taken on a new sense of urgency: His old vehicle is falling apart, literally! A few days ago, the exhaust pipe fell off. We’ve got it wired back on for now.

As many of you know, Cory has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, has lost most use of his legs and uses a wheelchair. He depends on an adapted vehicle to get to school, get to work, shop and run errands.

Adapted vehicles are expensive. Fortunately, Cory has been accepted into the national nonprofit Jett Foundation’s Accessible Vehicle Fund. If we raise half the funds for an accessible vehicle, the Jett Foundation will pay the other half.

We are almost half-way to our goal of raising $32,000. When we do, the nonprofit Jett Foundation will match that and get Cory an accessible, adapted vehicle so he can retain mobility, freedom and independence.

We have a few more events coming up: A silent auction, raffle and live music at the Ten Spoon Winery on July 21, and a spaghetti dinner this fall. (More info to come).
