🌟 Member Spotlight: RHD Consulting 🌟

RHD LLC is a Missoula-based consulting firm owned by Rachel Huff-Doria that helps civic and nonprofit leaders build alignment, capacity, and actionable plans to guide change. RHD specializes in facilitation, strategic planning, and community and partner engagement.

Rachel lives in Midtown and led community engagement efforts with the Missoula Midtown Association (MMA) during development of the Midtown Masterplan. Since then, she has become an MMA member and has continued working on community-oriented projects — including recently developing a strategic plan with the Downtown Missoula Partnership, co-designing a new Public Participation Plan with the Missoula Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), and leading facilitation and engagement efforts with WGM on the Missoula County Public Schools Properties Plan.
