The City of Missoula is seeking public input on its Clark Fork River Restoration & Access Project.

This provides us all a long-awaited opportunity to demonstrate local public support for river recreation projects like the Max. We are asking you to fill it out before its deadline of December 21, 2021 and share it with your River enthusiast friends!

Let’s let city officials know that there’s robust support for these types of projects and give them political cover in the form of demonstrated local community support to keep the conversation moving.

The Max Wave teamed up with Brennan’s Wave to create a River Recreation license plate. This plate has been a crucial part of helping us with funding and was intended to be in place as a long-standing stream of funds to utilize for repairs as needed as the years go by for both waves.
•
Unfortunately, we were notified that our specialty plate will be revoked if we do not reach the minimum of 400 active registrations by July 1st, 2020.
•
If your registration is coming up 🚘, please consider getting a Brennan’s Wave River Recreation plate. Additionally, we ask that you spread the word and ask your friends and family to consider one as well. 🙏🏼

FWP maintenance and river ranger staff cleaned up 1,740 pounds of litter from a fishing access site in the Alberton Gorge last week. Thanks to this crew for their hard work and a reminder to everyone ahead of Memorial Day weekend to please do your part to keep our public lands and waters clean!
