And they’re off! 🏔️🏃‍♀️

City to Sky 2026 is underway! Our 50K runners are taking on 33 miles and 8,000 feet of climbing across multiple summits around the Pattee Creek watershed, and our 25K crew is heading out to tackle the back half along the House of Sky Ridgeline Trail. Both routes show off some of Missoula’s best open space and smoothest singletrack.

Huge love to every runner out there today, and an even bigger thank you to the volunteers, sponsors, and community partners who make this race happen. 💛

🍁 Larches are glowing, trails are calling, and the runners are ready. Join us to cheer on the City to Sky 50K & 25K runners on Sunday, October 18 at Dornblaser-Lewis and Clark Stadium starting at 7:00 AM.

Mount Jumbo Elk Ramble is coming up on Saturday, November 7, and we need volunteers to help pull it off! Roles include:

🏁 Start/finish setup
🥤 Aid station support (food, drinks, cheering)
🚗 Course marshals (keeping runners safe at road crossings)
🏅 Finish line medals and food
🧹 Race day teardown
👟 And many others!

🍂 Fall race season is here—and a couple of our own are toeing the line this weekend!

🏃‍♀️ Marina is taking on the Whitefish Trail Blazer 50K , hitting the trails for a big day of fall miles.

🏃‍♀️ Cara is headed east for the Twin Cities Marathon , joining thousands of runners for 26.2 miles from Minneapolis to St. Paul.

We love seeing our staff get a chance to be on the other side of race day—training, racing, chasing goals, and experiencing all the nerves and excitement that come with a starting line.

🍺 It's time for the September B**r Run! Join us at for a run, followed by with beers, sparkling waters, or whatever beverage you prefer.

🏃 The courses will start and end at Cranky Sam, with 3 and 5 mile options.

🍻 The run is free for members and non-members, though non members are required to sign a waiver prior to the start. To avoid that, please consider joining Run Wild. It’s a great value at only $27/year for an individual membership or just $37/year for families. For more information, click the link below. 🤝
