Don't miss the November Professional Development Hour on November 12th from 11:30 until 1:00 at the Balsamroot Conference Room of the G.W. Marks Exploration Center. In this session, we will discuss the law and best practices for employers to improve performance, maintain accountability, and terminate properly. We will also discuss best practices for drug and alcohol testing in Montana using our Workforce Drug and Alcohol Testing Act.
