We are so excited to share that Moving Mountains Foundation is purchasing our very first supportive housing propertyโ€”a four-plex in the heart of Missoula! ๐ŸŽ‰

For years, we've seen the tremendous need for accessible, community-based housing for individuals with disabilities, mobility impairments, older adults, and those recovering from illness or injury. This project is our first step toward helping fill that gap.

What You'll Do

โœ”๏ธ Provide family-centered, evidence-based speech therapy.
โœ”๏ธ Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
โœ”๏ธ Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, schools, and community partners.
โœ”๏ธ Create individualized treatment plans and home programs.
โœ”๏ธ Maintain timely documentation and contribute to a supportive interdisciplinary team.
โœ”๏ธ Help expand access to therapy through outreach in schools, daycares, and community settings.

We're Looking For

โœ… Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
โœ… Eligible for Montana SLP licensure (Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply!)
โœ… Passion for working with children and families
โœ… Reliable transportation for community-based services
โœ… CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

๐ŸŽ‰ We are honored to announce that Moving Mountains Foundation have been selected as recipients of a 2026-2027 Blue Impact Grant from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana!

Moving Mountains is dedicated to strengthening early childhood systems through early intervention, childcare provider education, family support, and inclusive community programming. The initiative will increase access to developmental screenings, skilled professional consultation, caregiver education, and inclusive events and programs, helping ensure that children of all abilities have the support they need to thrive where they live, learn, and play.

"Children's earliest experiences shape the foundation for lifelong learning, relationships, health, and well-being," said Laura Olsonoski, OTD, OTR/L, ATP, Founder and President of the Moving Mountains Foundation. "Through Moving Mountains for Rising Steps, we are investing not only in children, but also in the families, educators, and caregivers who support them every day. We believe children who think, learn, communicate, or move differently should be celebrated. Communities need the tools, understanding, and resources to help every child thrive."

๐ŸŒฟ Welcome Lora Trevis, LCSW! ๐ŸŒฟ

We are excited to welcome Lora Trevis, MSW, LCSW to the Moving Mountains Therapy Center family in partnership with Clark Fork Behavioral Health!

With 26 years of experience supporting children, families, and women, Lora brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and clinical expertise to our community. Her practice focuses on helping individuals navigate ADHD, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and womenโ€™s mental health.

Lora recently completed advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is passionate about helping clients find healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.

Originally from Colorado, Lora now calls Montana home and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family hiking, camping, swimming, and exploring all that Big Sky Country has to offer.
