Bad news for prospective vendors is GOOD news for shoppers!

The Hellgate PTA Craft Fair is CLOSED FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION as we hit max capacity about 2 weeks ago! Anyone still inquiring about becoming a vendor will be added to our growing waitlist. To be added to the waitlist, you must email [email protected].

A very BIG THANK YOU to all the amazing vendors and shoppers that were at our craft fair! This page will go silent until next September. Vendors, look for an email from us early in September with details about next years event - currently scheduled for Saturday, November 15th, 2025 - SAVE THE DATE! As always, NEVER communicate with an individual person. You will only ever hear from the PTA organization and the [email protected] email.

· Setup will begin Friday, 11/15, from 5pm-6:30pm and Saturday at 7:30am. The craft Fair is Saturday, 11/16, from 9am-2pm. We have had an overwhelming interest in our craft fair! That being said, we have very few spots available. We have turned off the Google registration form and are asking you to please email [email protected] if you would like to inquire about space availability! Please direct all communication to that email - as a reminder NO INDIVIDUAL should be reaching out to you - watch out for scammers. Thank you!

Please private message us on this page or contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions/concerns. Do not reach out to individuals posting that information. You can also reach us through our general Hellgate PTA page. It is frustrating and disappointing that people take advantage of good organizations and events. This event and our FB pages are monitored by the Hellgate PTA Board Members and we have been reporting those individuals. Thank you!**
