One day, all children in the Rio Grande Valley will attain an excellent education.

We see increasing evidence that all children in South Texas can achieve at levels comparable or in excess of their wealthier peers across the nation; however, the reality is that there are far too few examples of tremendous student achievement and attainment for the 400,000 students in schools in the Rio Grande Valley. We believe that we must have stronger and more consistent focus on advancing an unshakable belief in the possibility and necessity of providing all children with an excellent education, building leadership at every level in order to advance this belief and build networks in accordance with our core values.
