The Otis D Horner Sr was created in honor of my brother Otis whose life was suddenly and violently taken with guns.In his honor this foundation will assist individuals with funding for funeral services, burial expenses, utilities, housing expenses,education on gun safety,therapies etc. It is our goal to make a difference in individuals lives and help meet day to day needs after the loss of their loved one.
