“Verna Mato Estima” (Mah-Toe Esh-Teema), age 76, passed away Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at Rosebud Hospital. Rosebud, SD.

Wakes: 7pm Thursday & Friday, April 30th and May1st, 2026 at the Norris (Blackpipe) Community Hall, Black Pipe Community, SD.

Caravan at 1pm, Thursday, April 30th, 2026 from the Rosebud Casino to the Norris (Black Pipe) Community Hall, SD.

Funeral: at 2pm on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 at the Norris (Blackpipe) Community Hall.

Burial: will follow at St. Thomas Cemeter, Corn Creek, SD.

Survivors:

Children: Michelle & Michael Shot With Two Arrows, Norman Jr ‘Sonny’ & Aaron Gerry and Leon Romero
