Colts Running Club

Colts Running Club We welcome runners of all experience and ability levels. We offer three levels of training with practice options from 1 up to 3 times a week.

Teaching and training today’s youth of every ability level, building lasting friendships, promoting good health, and encouraging participation in the worthwhile pursuit of effective running. We have training sessions for distance runners and sprinters.

That’s a wrap! It was another great year of Colts Running Club :) We are thankful to have had the opportunity to learn and grow along with our athletes this past season. Wishing the best to our 8th graders who will be moving on to high school next year.

Evangeline, Colts alumni, had a stellar freshman high school season this year. She ran clutch as the 5th runner on the State Winning Team and got to finish her year off with the Nike Cross Nationals in Portland! We are so impressed and very happy that you are enjoying high school xc! 🤗 💪 🥹

Another sibling highlight! Daniel began running with Colts in seventh grade and just finished his freshman season as part of Capo’s varsity cross country team. “Colts was an amazing environment where he thrived and progressed as a runner as part of their team-based community. He loved learning from the wonderful Colts coaching staff and made some great friends. Some of these friends are with him at Capo while others are at different high schools - all of whom he continues to keep in touch with and cheers for at races.”

Madison started Colts shortly after Daniel and is still in middle school. She is also a star soccer player. She will be joining us again now that the main soccer season is over and we are so looking forward to that!

We feel so lucky that you two have been our part of our Colts Family!

What are we thankful for? Siblings!

Siblings highlight week: Seth and Noah Brandon are running on Capo Valley’s cross country team and are loving it. This year they were on the freshman team that won first place at OC championships. Noah and Seth were two of three freshman to be part of the team to attend Clovis Invitational.

Mom says, “I am fully convinced that their love of running came from their experience with Colts—practicing and running in races as a team. Amazing coaches and a group of fantastic kids who encouraged each other was the best thing we could have hoped for. Thank you so much!”

We say thank you back!! And we are happy to see Seth and Noah enjoying high school running. Great job boys!
