Dr. Suzanne M. Feeney, Ph.D.

Founder & Certified Yoga Teacher
As a practitioner for over 15 years and an instructor since 2017, Dr. Feeney created Practice Open to share her passion for yoga with others. She states, “Despite our differences, we are similar in that we are all humans. Practicing yoga together reminds us of this connection.”
Dr. Feeney earned her B.A. in psychology with a mathematics minor from San Diego State U

niversity, as well as her Ph.D. in psychology from University of California at San Diego. She completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training certification at YogaWorks in Costa Mesa. When not at work or on the yoga mat, Dr. Feeney likes to golf, hike, bike, read, and spend time with family.
