We invite you to complete the survey if:

You are the parent of one or more biological or adopted children under the age of 18 AND You have been diagnosed with advanced cancer AND
You yourself are at least 18 years of age

The results of this online survey will help researchers at the University of North Carolina develop programs to support families affected by a parent¹s advanced cancer.

The information that you provide will be anonymous and cannot be linked to you in any way. The Principal Investigator for this study is Dr. Eliza Park of the University of North Carolina ­ Chapel Hill.
