Dear community,

On March 14, the "Counter-pedagogies of Forgetting" tour, an itinerant event that sought to open spaces for dialogue on memory in present-day Peru, came to an end.

On behalf of the coordinating team, we want to express our deepest gratitude to our guest speakers for being part of this effort, one made with heart and sustained by the deepest solidarity. Many thanks to EPAF's operations manager and human rights expert, Gisela Ortiz; Historian and Photographer, Percy Rojas; Anthropologist and Writer, Karina Pacheco Medrano; and Documentarist, Luis Cintora.

We also thank those who joined us along the way and embraced this educational effort: Sandra Pulido (UC Davis), Melany Pérez (SFSU), Emily Thompson (UC Berkeley), and Gabriela Cruz (UCLA).

Our gratitude also goes to the professors who generously agreed to moderate some of the events: Lucía Luna-Victoria Indacochea, Diana Aramburu, and Michael Lazzara (UC Davis); Ana Luengo (SFSU); Patricia Arroyo Calderón and Bryan Pitts (UCLA); and Adrián Pérez-Boluda and Daniela Salcedo (CSU Northridge).

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this journey possible, and very special thanks to Equipo de Antropología Forense - EPAF and Radio Harawi, whose support was essential in making this event possible
