The True Top 1% Foundation — Mission Statement (Its not new, just expanded)

The mission of The True Top 1% Foundation is to strengthen the mental wellness, connection, and sense of purpose of our military community through free, accessible creative expression, hands-on experiences, and meaningful community engagement.

From recruitment through Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve service, military transition, and life beyond the uniform, we strive to establish lasting relationships that provide opportunities for personal growth, belonging, and continued wellness.

Through a nationwide network of military and community partnerships, we aim to ensure that those who serve have access to creative outlets, supportive connections, and opportunities to discover, develop, and carry a sense of purpose throughout their lives.

A Lifetime of Connection. A Lifetime of Purpose.

Adapt. Overcome. Create.

Hey, Cricut!

we absolutely love using your tools! 💙

The True Top 1% Foundation is a nonprofit providing free, art-centered mental-health and wellness programs for Active-Duty service members, Veterans, and military families. We currently use our Cricut Joy and other Cricut tools in many of our workshops to help Veterans create, connect, and express themselves through art.

As our programs continue to grow nationwide, we would love the opportunity to partner with Cricut. More machines, materials, tools, and supplies would allow us to offer even more creative experiences—completely free of charge—to the military community.

Cricut, please send more our way! We promise they’ll be put to work making a real difference. 🇺🇸🎨

Adapt. Overcome. Create.

A little Late, however We would to give a huge thank-you to what we will call the Hall of Famers for our Arts4Vets Drive United Art and Education in Fort Wayne for going above and beyond for our Arts4Vets Art Drive!

They collected two full boxes of art supplies—plus even more! What made it truly special was how their team and customers covered the boxes with personal messages thanking our Veterans. They even attached some incredible original artwork. The boxes were so creative and meaningful that we plan to frame and display them in our Arts4Vets Hall of Fame!

Every supply collected in Fort Wayne stayed in Fort Wayne and will support local Veterans through our new location at The FOB:

📍 2301 Pennsylvania Street
Fort Wayne, IN 46803

If you are a Veteran interested in free art or skill-based classes, come see us! One of our incredibly talented art instructors, Christiana, will be there to provide support and lead workshops.

Days and times are coming soon—stay tuned!

PS Fort Wayne United Art and Education not raised an amazing amount of supplies for us, and turns out they raised an Additional $1,000 in sales forthe month as well, wantto learn the secret for your business next year? Reach out, they told us the secret to how they wert able to help so many Veterans!

ATTENTION NEW INFORMATION ON OUR MENTAL HEALTH TOOLKITS:
We want to take a moment to sincerely apologize to everyone who is still waiting on an Expressive Art Toolkit.
The response to our program has been incredible, and we are humbled by the number of veterans across the country who have reached out for support. At the same time, we've faced funding challenges that have made it difficult to keep up with the growing demand.
Please know this: we have not forgotten you. Every request is still on our list, and we are working hard to secure the funding and supplies needed to get each toolkit into the hands of the veterans who requested one.

Each toolkit contains up to $150 in customized art supplies, plus free shipping, at absolutely no cost to the veteran. That means every toolkit requires funding before it can be assembled and shipped.

To everyone who has been patiently waiting:
Thank you

Your understanding means more than you know, and we're committed to fulfilling every request as resources become available.

If you'd like to help us reach more veterans faster, please consider donating, sponsoring a toolkit, or sharing our mission. Together, we can ensure no veteran is left behind.

Our toolkit requests are now online.

We are so grateful for the support!

We are grateful to receive a $15,000 grant from The Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs GVS FY27 grant

These funds will be put to good use expanding our continuing Wellness Programs supporting mobile workshops, and ensuring Veterans have access to creative outlets that build resilience and connection.

To our community, partners, and supporters: thank you for walking with us. Your belief in this work makes moments like this possible.
