This month, my AI agent:
✅ Sorted my inbox into "reply" and "follow up" lists
✅ Built a two-airline, points-plus-cash plan for our Christmas cruise flights
✅ Caught rental listing and calendar mistakes worth about $4,000
✅ Registered my 3 rentals with the top insurance housing companies
✅ Told me the 8 PM concert really starts at 10 (with a 35-minute opener)
✅ Ran buy / break-even / lose-money scenarios on a property deal

That's not a chatbot. That's staff.

Tuesday at noon, we're showing you how to build yours: MBI Masterclass Preview — AI Agents at Work. Zoom. $30.

"What would YOUR agent do all day?"

Here's the menu most business owners pick from:
📧 Read and sort email; flag who needs a reply
📅 Track follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
🔍 Research competitors, properties, prices, and vendors
📝 Draft posts, listings, and replies in your voice
🧾 Compare prices and run the numbers before you spend
📣 Keep your pages and profiles active and consistent

Pick two. That's your first agent's job description.

We'll show you how to hire (build) one at the MBI Masterclass Preview: AI Agents at Work — Tuesday Oct 27, 12–1 PM ET on Zoom. $30.

BEFORE YOU BUY THE "DEAL," RUN THE NUMBERS THAT INCLUDE LOSING.

Story 6 of 6: A property came up that looked like a deal for short-term rentals.

Before anyone signed anything, my agent ran the full picture: purchase price, taxes, HOA, insurance, financing at today's rates — and modeled the best case, the break-even case, AND the case where it loses money. The verdict wasn't "buy" or "don't buy." It was "here's the exact price where it works, and here's where it bleeds."

That's the difference between a guess and a decision.

Six stories. One conclusion: agents aren't the future — they're leverage, right now.
