TODAY'S FEATURE: The Color Booth, this year appropriately called "Playback to Pink" will be open at the Northern Michigan Relief Sale located on the Oscoda County Fairgrounds in Mio, MI on Friday, July 31 from 1 - 7 p.m. and Saturday, August 1 from 7:30 a.m. to the close of the sale.

From a survey completed two years ago by NMRS patrons, The COLOR BOOTH was voted the most visited and favored booth of all! It isn't just the products that make this booth special. It is the story behind the booth. While the products are wonderful, the true intrigue lies in the booth's legacy. This vibrant space was the dream of Charlene Castiglia, a devoted, longtime NRMS volunteer. Since 2015, Charlene held a vision for this booth—a vision brought to life with the dedication of her husband, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. Though Charlene passed away last year, her family continues to run the booth in her honor. Visitors still love interacting with the family, whose continued efforts celebrate Charlene’s memory and support the global mission of the Mennonite Central Committee - MCC.

While it is not practical to show all the items that will be featured in this booth, you can be sure that everything in the booth will have a hue of pink in it. Photos from previous years are shown to give a sense of the ambiance of the booth, and one was changed to give a sense of the pink.

Make sure to attend and visit this popular booth when coming the the sale!
