Jordyn’s Promise exists to support NICU families through care packages, resources, and education.
Our phone number and communication channels are for Jordyn’s Promise business purposes only, including:
• Requesting a care package
• Questions about our programs and services
• Volunteer inquiries
• Resource requests
• Partnership opportunities
• General questions about our organization
Please note that Jordyn’s Promise is not a mental health crisis hotline or emergency service. We are not available 24/7 and are not equipped to provide crisis counseling or emergency mental health support.
Phone calls are important to us. If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail and send us an email or contact us through our website. We will return messages as soon as we are able. Please understand that we may be assisting families, working with clients, or outside of our normal availability and cannot always respond immediately.
Jordyn’s Promise reserves the right to use discretion regarding phone calls, messages, and communication requests to ensure our time and resources remain focused on supporting NICU families and fulfilling our mission. This includes limiting or discontinuing communication, including blocking individuals, when necessary to maintain appropriate boundaries, safety, and the effective operation of our organization.
