A little write up from The Lewiston Maineiacs

🏒 Hockey AND community coming together!

One of our favorite things about bringing MAINEiacs hockey back to Lewiston is the opportunity to support non-profit organizations making a difference in our community!

Every home game, a local nonprofit or community organization benefits from our 50/50 raffle, and we love seeing the support from our fans!

At Tuesday night's game, The Divine Divas 207 raised $280 through the raffle. But here's the really cool part! Our 50/50 winner, generously donated $140 of her winnings right back to the organization, bringing their total to $420! 🩷

We're proud to provide these opportunities throughout the season, and even more proud to be part of a community that shows up for one another.❤️🏒

🩷A HUGE THANK YOU! 🩷

The Divine Divas 207 would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to The Colisée for giving us the opportunity to sell 50/50 raffle tickets! 🎟️

We are so grateful for the chance to get our name out into the community, raise awareness for our nonprofit, and raise funds to help us continue our mission. Your support means so much to us! 🩷

We would also like to send a very special thank you to our 50/50 raffle winner, Samantha Albert🎉

Together, we raised an amazing $560, which was split evenly, giving the winner $280 and our nonprofit $280.

But the kindness didn't stop there! Our wonderful winner generously donated half of her winnings, $140, back to the Divine Divas 207! 🩷

Thanks to her incredible generosity, our total raised for our nonprofit is now $420! 🙌

We are beyond grateful to The Colisée for this opportunity and to all of you for your kindness and support. It's generosity like this that reminds us how amazing our community can be when we come together for a good cause!

If you want to come watch some Hockey tonight at the Colisee and support your favorite Diva’s… The Divine Divas 207….a few of us Divas will be there tonight selling 50/50 tickets to help raise some funds for our nonprofit!! We get half the proceeds tonight thru the program for local non profits, being coordinated thru the Colisee! How awesome is that!!

It’s a great deal and we will be putting the money back into the community for our upcoming Santa and Mrs Claus Meet and Greet in December!!

The Divine Divas 207 will be joining The Colby Fund for their 💜 23rd Annual Walk to Remember —
On October 18th 💜

Friends and family, we are walking in the 23rd Annual Walk to Remember on October 18th to support families who experience the devastating loss of a baby.
👼🏼

Programs like the Colby Fund / Sharing Through Experience provide vital care and guidance to local families during their hardest moments.

It costs around $1,000 to cover the support services for just one loss, and with an average of 22 losses a year, this program needs all the help it can get to keep going.

Our friend is working hard to raise money for this incredible cause, and we’d love your help supporting her goal—or better yet, coming out to walk with us on October 18th!

The Divine Diva’s 207 is a small nonprofit with a big heart for children and families in our community. We work to create welcoming, joyful experiences that families can enjoy for free—because every child deserves the chance to make happy memories and feel included, regardless of what a family can afford.

Throughout the year, we host events such as free meet-and-greets with Mr. and Mrs. Claus and the Easter Bunny, free popsicles in the park, and backpack giveaways filled with school essentials. These events bring neighbors together, give children something special to look forward to, and help families feel supported.

Our bottle-and-can drive helps make this possible. Donations can be turned into support for the supplies and other needs that go into putting on free events and helping local children.

Every bag of bottles or cans—and every person who helps collect or donate—makes a difference.

We are truly grateful to everyone who has supported The Divine Diva’s 207 in the past, and to those who will support us in the future. Your generosity helps us keep these events free and continue bringing fun, kindness, and community connection to children and families. Thank you for being part of it!

The Divine Diva’s 207 is a passionate group of 10 local women dedicated to bringing joy, support, and community spirit to families in our local communities.

Founded on the belief that every child deserves magical childhood moments and a strong start in life, we work together to provide 100% free community events and essential resources throughout the year.

From creating holiday magic with free meet-and-greets featuring Mr. and Mrs. Claus and the Easter Bunny, to keeping summer bright with our "Popsicles in the Park" days, we love bringing smiles to our local neighborhoods.

We also believe in setting our community's children up for success, which is why we organize an annual back-to-school drive providing free backpacks packed with all the essential supplies kids need to walk into the classroom with confidence.

At The Divine Diva’s 207, we are neighbors helping neighbors
