🥂 Celebrating 15 years of perseverance and generosity funding groundbreaking research for Metastatic Breast Cancer at the Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota. Judy was smiling down on us tonight. Team Judy's Wine Night hit new records — more than $80,000 to seed new research.

Over the last 15 years, each and every Team Judy research project has continued winning larger, competitive, national grant funding! Team Judy discoveries are leading to new treatments and therapies for metastatic breast cancer. Thank you to all the research leads over the years:

Dr. Carol Lange – our first project
Dr. Reuben Harris
Dr. Deepali Sachdev (new imaging technology that detects proteins found in Metastatic breast cancer cells).
Dr. Jeffrey Miller and Dr. Deepali Sachdev (TriKe research led to therapies that are now part of several projects for different types of cancers)
Dr. Julie Ostrander (research project focused on the most common type of breast cancer. HER2+ and using viruses to kill cancer cells)
Dr. Tru Troung ("shield therapies" — strategies to block and trap metastatic cancers cells in a patient)
so that the metastatic cells cannot spread in a patient’s body.
