🌹💜 From the garden… to medicine… to celebration! 🌿

These are a few of the beautiful things growing in my Food Forest right now — organic roses and wild Passionflower. I love growing plants that are not only beautiful, but can also become medicine, tea, tinctures and so much more.

And that’s exactly what Pineapple Peace Garden is all about — learning to grow, connect with, and understand the plants around us. 🌱

I’m so excited to celebrate the 5-Year Anniversary of Pineapple Peace Garden with our Garden Party on Saturday, October 18th from 11 AM–2 PM! 🎉🍍

We’ll have guest speakers, food, beverages, garden fun and plenty of time to connect with our wonderful community.

Did you know that this is the woman who I named my garden after? I discovered Peace Pilgrim when I was living in Key West. I was shopping at the Sugar Apple health food store when I picked up a booklet and her message resonated deeply with me. I read every book I could find about her. And then one day I had a spiritual experience where her spirit appeared to me while I was working as a volunteer at West Martello Gardens.

I want to share her message today because in these crazy times we need peace to survive and thrive and fulfill our mission on this earth. 🕊️☮️

What can a little person like me do for peace? "Live in the present. Do the things you know need to be done. Do all the good you can each day. The future will unfold."
