Great opportunity to see nine inspiring stories at this Saturday's "Girl Rising" film screening & discussion at City of Bloomington's International Day of the Girl event

Nine ordinary girls from around the globe confront tremendous challenges and overcome nearly impossible odds to pursue their dreams. Guest speaker and Somali native, Sherry Mohamed shares her story and the challenges for girls in Somalia today. The film is recommended for ages 10 and older.
