We’re grateful for Stearns Bank N.A.'s growing partnership with MNFEI! Their support includes a generous financial contribution, five employee volunteers who are stepping up to teach MNFEI classes, and an upcoming MNFEI Monday on fraud prevention this September.

MNFEI is proud to announce we wrapped up a successful financial education Lunch and Learn series with the Women Building Futures program at Summit Academy OIC!

The participants were engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and brought great energy to the conversation. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support these future leaders as they build financial confidence and prepare for what’s ahead.

🎉 May was our busiest month yet at MNFEI! 🎉

📚 This month alone, our volunteer financial educators taught over 35 participants through classes and 1:1 financial coaching sessions across the Twin Cities. We also launched new partnerships and continued growing our MNFEI Mondays community workshops.

💙 THANK YOU to our volunteers, partners, donors, and supporters who make this work possible. Every conversation helps build financial confidence and create opportunities for lasting change.

This new free monthly virtual workshop series is open to everyone and covers practical topics like saving, investing, and credit.

Big news! 🎉 MNFEI has officially welcomed a new partner, Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul, and we’ve already successfully completed our first cohort through the Economic Mobility Hub!

The Hub is a powerful new initiative supporting economic stability and opportunity for American Indian families in the East Metro, and we’re honored to provide free financial education as part of this work.

We’re grateful for a strong start and excited to keep building momentum together.

At MNFEI, our partnerships mean everything to us. Programs like Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota allow us to meet participants where they are and be part of their journey toward new opportunities and greater financial confidence. We are incredibly grateful to work alongside organizations that care so deeply about the communities they serve.

Most of all, we are always rooting for our participants. Watching them reach milestones like graduation is inspiring, and we are proud to cheer them on every step of the way. Congratulations to another amazing group! We cannot wait to see what you do next. 💚
