On Juneteenth, we honor freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equity and opportunity for all.

As we reflect on this important day, we're reminded that strong communities are built when people are seen, valued, and supported. Those same values guide our work every day as we strive to ensure that no man has to carry the weight of caregiving alone.

We celebrate the history, contributions, and enduring strength of Black Americans today and every day.

Today is Wear BLUE Day, part of Men's Health Week.

We're wearing blue to support the health and well-being of the men in our lives and to help start conversations that too often go unspoken.

At Jack's, we know that many guy caregivers spend so much time caring for others that their own health can take a back seat. Today is a reminder that caring for yourself is an important part of being able to care for others.

Check in with a man you care about today. Ask how he's really doing.

We are looking forward to this conversation and the opportunity to connect with others who care deeply about supporting family caregivers.

Hope you'll join us on June 24!

Millions of Americans serve as unpaid caregivers for aging parents and loved ones. This discussion will explore practical solutions that support caregivers while strengthening family stability, community resilience, and overall support.

You don't have to tell your whole story.

Just one moment.

Maybe it was a ride home after a difficult day. A quiet conversation. A hand to hold. A sacrifice you didn't fully appreciate until years later.

This Father's Day, we're collecting stories from the people who experienced a man showing up for them when they needed it most.

We're not looking for a testimonial. Just a moment.

Stories are due by Wednesday, June 17 so we can share them as part of our What He Carried for Me campaign on Father's Day.

Every caregiver’s journey is different, but one thing remains true: no one should have to navigate it alone.

In Episode 2 of What We Carry, Dean Reynolds sits down with Jack’s board member Paurvi Bhatt to explore what it really means to give care and why community plays such a critical role in how we support one another.

From redefining caregiving to the importance of connection, culture, and shared experience, this conversation offers a grounded look at what it means to show up for each other in real life.

This Father's Day, we want to ask you something.

Not about what it means to be a father, but about what it feels like to be cared for by a man who showed up for you.

Maybe it was your dad. A coach. A neighbor. A friend's dad who became like a father over time.

Think of one specific moment when he carried something for you that you couldn't carry yourself.

To kick off the campaign, Kyle shares a personal story about his own dad and we'd love to hear yours.

We're collecting stories through Wednesday, June 17.

When Paurvi Bhatt was asked what made Jack’s feel different from a traditional support group, she was honest: she didn’t see it that way at first.

What changed was realizing it’s not just support, it’s community.

Not a formal setting or program, but something more human: meeting people where they are, in real spaces like restaurants and breweries, where connection can actually begin.

And it always starts the same way by getting to know each other first.

Too often, the men doing the caregiving are the ones no one sees.

Kyle joined the Happy Healthy Caregiver podcast to share his caregiving journey and why male caregivers are still so often missing from the conversation, even though so many are carrying it every day.

Conversations like this matter. They help bring more visibility to caregiving men and the realities they’re navigating.

Check out the Happy Healthy Caregiver post below for the full conversation.

No man should care alone.

What does it really look like when men step into the caregiving role — and why are they so often invisible in the conversation?

Kyle Woody knows firsthand. He cared for his wife through Stage 4 Colon Cancer, even after she asked for a divorce four years into their caregiving journey. Now, he cares for his two sons while working full-time. Drawing on his care experiences, Kyle founded Jack's Caregiver Coalition — an organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening male caregivers.

In this episode of the Happy Healthy Caregiver podcast, Kyle shares:

• Why men are the most overlooked non-professional caregivers — and what needs to change

• His organization's bold mission to strengthen 1 million caregiving men by 2035

• What it was like to meet Oprah and share his story as part of her book club

• How he navigates the unique experience of co-parenting with his late ex-wife's boyfriend

• His go-to self-care strategies: working with a coach, writing letters to himself, asking four morning questions, and rucking

Whether you're a male caregiver who's been going it alone or someone who loves one, this episode is full of honest insight and practical encouragement.
