Leadership is not only carrying a vision, but sustaining it.

Nehemiah understood the importance of preparation, strategy, and shared responsibility. Moses learned that leading well meant NOT doing everything himself.

Throughout Scripture, we see that effective leadership requires both spiritual wisdom and practical stewardship.

A strong leader doesn’t build alone. They equip others, create healthy systems, and make room for the work God has called others to do.
