The Autism 5K

The Autism 5K is a charitable 5K Run/Walk to raise awareness and to support local families affected by autism. All net proceeds are donated to C.A.D.E., a volunteer-run nonprofit which provides grants to local families and supports autism research.

It’s (almost) never too late

to register! Race day registration is available right up until our 9am start time. Race Day registration costs $10 extra, but our registration volunteers are amazing to chat with. :)

2022 Autism 5K Artist for T-shirt

As an artist, Zach Greenwood has explored many different art mediums. His current favorite art mediums are watercolors and oils pastels.

He likes to paint animals, especially birds. Zach has displayed his art in a number of group art exhibits in the Twin Cities.

Zach is 21 years old, and was diagnosed ASD at age 2.5. He lives in Minneapolis, MN with his parents, cat, 4 chickens and 2 ducks. Zach loves animals, movies, camping and road trips.

Currently Zach is exploring different ideas for employment after he graduates for Lionsgate Academy-AIM Transitions program this year.
