ALL BLACK RIDE FOR HEALING & LIBERATION.

Juneteenth Revolutionary BlackOut Bike Ride:
This is a Black Biking experience to connect with the sacredness of our breath, our bodies, this Dakota land and sweetness in this time of re-opening. We will be with our Black folks, bumping soul music through speakers, communing with our ancestors, and feeling the breeze. Delicious goodies from local Black farmers and chefs will also be provided to provide some nourishment and joy.

What to bring: water and snacks Helmets are strongly encouraged as well!
Other suggestions: incense, outfits that slay, slices of mango, CBD balm, your family and dem, and, your visions for liberation.
Resources available for those who need to borrow a bike or have accessibility needs.

As the city council discusses the 2021 budget, we’ll hear the police say that we need community policing, instead of less funding for MPD. We know that Community policing for our communities. We aren't tricked by the friendly and forthcoming face that is painted on an institution that structurally functions as the enforcement arm of white supremacy, while doing nothing to effectively shift or change the conditions under which this violence is possible.

Community safety allows us to be creative and think of new possibilities to keep us safe without state violence.
