Cost: $10/lesson

No pressure to commit - join us every week or just one lesson! We will adapt the day's lesson to our participants.

Introduction to fundamental skills for safe swimming for adults. Swimmers will learn the following: front crawl, back crawl, floating, elementary back stroke, and water safety. No prior swimming skills are needed. No preregistration required - this is a drop-in program.
