Changes are happening at Watercourse Counseling! Starting July 1, 2026, Watercourse Counseling will join Change Inc. with the shared goal of continuing to provide mental health services to children, youth, and families in the community who need it most.

Watercourse Counseling will join Change Inc.'s Community & School Collaborative program, with the unified focus on culturally responsive and trauma-informed clinical, school-based, and related therapies and services. Change Inc. will continue operating our South Minneapolis community-based clinic at 3548 Bryant Avenue South.
