2024, our first year in operation, we provided hands- on learning for 170 youth.
2025, we have expanded our learning opportunities to over 400 under- represented youth. The need for community, connection and creative experiences is real. Please help us continue this important work.

We are deeply saddened to learn about the horrific death of Amber Czech at her work place. She was a twenty year old welder just beginning her career and her life was taken from her. As a woman in the trades, she found bravery, determination and humor to carve out a place in a complicated field of work.

We continue our work at IAMA to provide support to under- represented youth with dreams like Amber and continue conversations with industry partners to help shape the workplace into a safer and more inclusive place for everyone.

A Go Fund Me has been established to help her family off set the cost of the funeral and burial.
