Greetings Friends from Loppet Trailhead staff!

We would love to see you THIS FRIDAY at our Senior Social Event:
Friday March 27th from 10a - 2p at the Trailhead!
The theme for this event is: Wellbeing

We will have a "wellness" hour from 11am - 12pm that will include:
Open mic - How do you take care of yourself during the changing seasons?
Five minutes of gentle seated SAIL exercises
Free blood pressure checks
Collective breathing
Practices in gratitude
Share-out of other events, programs & activities in the community (bring along flyers and opportunities!)
Bonus:
DJ Ian is back playing records and your favorite dance songs!
Your favorite live artist: Robert "the Gentleman Artist" Coleman will be back again!
Ms. Jimmie Lee's Food Company is providing delicious treats!
Classic brunch catering will be provided by Chopped & Served!
