Family Preservation Foundation, Inc.

Family Preservation Foundation, Inc. Family Preservation Foundation is concerned that children's and parental rights were slipping away in America. www.fpf1.org

Our #1 priority is stopping the childhood trauma associated with the unwarranted separation of children from their families. 1) We believe children have the right to grow up healthy, educated and safe.
2) We believe that every child deserves a future.
3) We believe children have the right to live with their parents when it's safe to do so. 4) We believe every child should be protected from viole

nce and mental traumatization.
5) We believe family separation by the government should be a last resort, and not the first, as it is currently to receive federal funding.
6) We believe children literally have a right to be heard in court, and represented by legal counsel, not affiliated with the government, because this creates a conflict of interest.
7) We believe children have the right to a jury trial for the severance of their parent/child relationship.
8) We believe children have the right to have the bulk of the Social Security Act Title IV-E Foster Care funding, reallocated to Title IV-B, Family Preservation and Support Services.
9) These beliefs are the heart of everything we do.
10) We know you share it, too.

Our Story

Saving children from unwarranted trauma! The Family Preservation Foundation, Inc. (FPF), is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) public interest, educational, and legal aid organization dedicated to the idea of preserving and empowering parental rights, family preservation, family first ideology, rescuing children from unnecessary forced parental separation, and restoring the respect for children’s rights that allow them to be with their biological parents, and/or extended family, whenever safe to do so, thus preserving the family unit.

We are concerned parents and citizens who care about children and are concerned by how parental rights are slipping away.

Our number one priority is to keep children out of the failing foster care system and with their families whenever possible!

Children need to be raised and represented by parents who love them, not by disconnected government officials. When it comes to raising children, parents are better than the government.
