Maria Rodriguez-Dively (1st photo) is a Trilingual interpreter from Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Maria is a 2009 Graduate of North Central University majoring in Deaf Culture Ministry and an NIC certified Interpreter since 2011. Maria’s passion for theater started at a young age in Puerto Rico starting with her first role as “Maria” in a school production of West Side Story. Some of her work includes: Guthrie Theater: Acting Black by Carlyle Brown, Toni Morrison: The Bluest Eye, Noura, Zafira and the Resistance Mixed Blood Theater: Barbecue, Orange, Corazon Eterno, Safe at home, Vietgone, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. Theater Latte Da: Five Points.Brave New Workshop: BLACKOUT, Lady and the Trump. Orpheum Theater: Hamilton, Charlie and Chocolate Factory, Tyler Perry Madea’s Farewell, My Fair Lady, Frozen.
Rosalinda Estrada-Alvarez (2nd photo) is a Trilingual interpreter from St. Paul MN and Monterrey, Mexico. She is a graduate from St. Paul College in 2000 with a major in ASL Interpreting and from St. Catherine's College in MN in 2001 majoring in linguistics. Rosalinda's passion for the theater started in 2005 where she received an opportunity to interpret shows for a local production of "A Christmas Carol". Since then she has interpreted the UofM’s production of "Hamlet", Walking Shadows productions of "Cabal" and "The Ugly One", The White Card Monologues and for the Cowles Center Gala just to name a few. She has also worked with Shakespeare in the park, Operettas, The Full Circle Theater, Mixed Blood, Wu Theater, Rosey Simas Productions, and Penumbra. She has also worked as an interpreter in Costa Rica, Niceragua, Ecuador and in her hometown of Monterrey Mexico.
