During Well-Being Week in Law, it's a great moment to recognize the vital role that paralegals play in the legal profession. This week is reminder that paralegals' well-being matters just as much as the work they do and the attorneys/law firms they support.

NFPA's Paralegal Wellness Committee believes that taking care of yourself essential!

Try these steps to improve your well-being:
🛡Set boundaries
☕Take breaks
🌱Utilize resources
🤝Support each other

The American Bar Association and Institute For Well-Being In Law are holding free webinars this week, focusing on resiliency and wellness for legal professionals.
