PSA Minnesota The purpose of PSA is to promote the education and awareness of Filipino culture to the community in and around the University of Minnesota.

The Philippine Student Association of Minnesota (PSA) was founded in the 1940s. It is the first and oldest Asian-American student group to be established at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. The purpose of PSA is to promote the education and awareness of Filipino culture to the community in and around the University of Minnesota through relationships built in our organization. Philippine Cultural Night is PSA’s biggest event of the year where our community celebrates our identity, culture, and goals through a fun night of performances, food, and spending time with our loved ones. 💙❤️💛
Our theme for this year is:
“Kung Saan ang mga Pangarap ay nasa Entablado” | “Where Dreams take Center Stage” ✨🌌🇵🇭
