Foundation director Cheryl Olseth joined fellow WWF National Council members for annual conservation update.

Many successes, including global efforts to 1.) restore and preserve mangrove forests, 2.) celebrated the ten year anniversary of Sumatra’s 30 Hills project, the only area on the planet where elephants, tigers and orangutans live together and 3.) the launch of Nature Needs Us Now, a multi year multi faceted campaign to build awareness of the importance of nature to our very existence.
Did you know, 50% of the oxygen we breathe comes from the oceans??

Thanks to the WWF staff for organizing another fantastic meeting and most importantly their dedication to ensuring a healthy, thriving planet for all of us. 🌎
