In September, as part of DL Fest Midwest, DL GNA conducted 2 HZP tests. What started out as a group of people with a common goal to test their puppies in a Spring and Fall performance test ended up creating friendships with a common interest in helping their dogs be the best they can be and supporting each other along the way. Thank you to everyone who tested their dogs and especially the judges and apprentice judge who without them this would not be possible.

In September, DL GNA hosted a breed show as part of their 3 day event held in Wisconsin. With dogs and humans traveling from CT to WA as well as 2 special guests from Germany it was a great day. Congratulations to the best female Gilda v Hunter’s Shadow “Gilly” and best male Gauge v Hunter’s Shadow “Mo”. A very special Thank You to our Judges Heike Wegenaer and Andreas Pohl and to our apprentice Joe Wapenski, to our friend and breedshow assistant from Germany via FaceTime - Christina Dröse, and to the Rosholt Fairgrounds for the use of their facilities. Grüße aus Fulda! and attended several meetings with members of the DLV and JGHV this past week in Germany.
