If you’re looking to strengthen your community video storytelling techniques, register for our LAST videography class happening on Sunday, Dec 8 from 2-4:30pm. https://prolog-videography.eventbrite.com

Taught by Amelia Palacios, this session covers more advanced storytelling techniques, such as conducting interviews, creative lighting, and basic editing. Amelia will also demonstrate different editing techniques to show how the story comes together. The evening closes on a discussion about the ethics of storytelling and representation of different communities and stories through video.

This session is unique in that it focuses on strengthening narrative skills and in community storytelling for IBPOC and women artists/producers by providing rigorous instruction they need to develop their craft and their own unique voice while at the same time cultivating a network of IBPOC and women media voices.

Don’t miss out on this session while it’s still available. Register now for your spot! https://prolog-videography.eventbrite.com

This course will examine the ways that video storytelling is both a lens through which we understand the world and a tool to shape it.
