Northern Star Base Camp

Base Camp is an adventurous, interactive, learning space in the Twin Cities. Open to all!

Base Camp is an urban camp facility open to Scouts, Schools, community groups, churches, businesses, and anyone else looking for active learning and events. Base Camp has indoor and outdoor activities that include climbing, ropes courses, team building, aviation and a space shuttle simulator, and meeting spaces.

We had a fantastic time at the Northern Star Outdoor Learning Center with our first reservations for the year! Our participants loved Rock Climbing, Archery, and Discovering the Outdoors while being immersed in it!

Discovery Day Camp

For Campers:
-Archery
-Rock Climbing
-Nature Discovery
-Tie-Dye and Crafts

For Parents:
-1 staff to 8 youth ratio
-Minimum of 50% of staff First Aid/CPR/AED certified
-Health Director on site
-Photo ID required at all pick ups
-Open communication from group counselors to camp leadership to parents!
