We are seeking a part-time Programs and Communications Director to play a role in guiding the organization. This key position combines the management and ex*****on of communication strategies with the development and ex*****on of innovative programs. This role actively engages with the community, media, and stakeholders. This person would join a team of committed Board members, acommunication specialist and community volunteers.

The time required in this contract position will vary depending on program demands. Some months 10hours up to 50 hours a month in busier times.

The Iraqi American Reconciliation Project (IARP) is excited to participate in Sister Cities Day! Come visit our booth to learn more about our work, and what IARP is doing to build connections between communities through cultural exchange and education.

Stop by to meet our team, explore our displays, and celebrate the diversity that makes our community stronger. The Arab Band will also be performing Iraqi and Arabic music, during the sister Cities event, so make sure you don’t miss out!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this wonderful event! It was a great opportunity for two communities to come together and share culture, stories, history, and plenty of laughter.
Everyone worked hard making kleicha, and it was amazing to see people helping one another perfect the shapes, sizes, and fillings of each piece. The teamwork, conversations, and enthusiasm made the experience even more special.
Thank you again to everyone who attended, and a special thank you to for partnering with us to make this event possible. We had a fantastic time and look forward to many more events together in the future!
