Hmong Outreach Network Hmong Outreach Network (HON) is a nonprofit assists the under-served communities in MN and community development organization.

HON's members dedicate time, expertise, and efforts to direct on-the-ground volunteering. The Hmong Outreach Network (HON) is a volunteer-based community organization composed of concerned community members. Functioning as an ad-hoc organization for over 15 years, members dedicate time, expertise, and efforts to direct on-the-ground volunteering. A mission of HON is to provide a means for individu

als to volunteer and be the bodies on the ground. From providing consulting services, work-shopping through complex problems, to waiting on tables at events; from high to low, we are willing and we are available. HON members come from all walks of life, from medical doctors, consultants, educators, healthcare workers, service providers and home care. Although HON mostly serves the Hmong community, it does not limit services to any one demographic or community. The vast majority of clients are first-generation Hmong college students, Hmong and Southeast Asian non-profits, and the general public located in the Twin Cities area.

Hmong Outreach Network Is partnering with The Minnesota Department of Health to offering FREE at-home COVID test kits to Minnesota residents. Please come to Asian Street Food Night Market to get a FREE at-home COVID-19 Care Package on June 8th and 9th, 2024 while supplies last.

We wanted to thank HON Hmong Outreach Network for sponsoring our Asian Street Food Night Market. It was a pleasure to have them showcase at our event. In case you're unfamiliar with them, HON is an organization that provides free At-Home COVID-19 Test Kits. They are back to provide Free at-home COVID-19 rapid tests, which are now available for order and shipment through the United States Postal Service®. As of September 25, 2023, each order will contain 4 tests, and there is a limit of 1 order per residential address. The tests are completely free. There are no shipping costs, and you don’t have to give a credit card or bank account number. You only need to provide a name and address. Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation number. If you provide your email address, you’ll also receive an order confirmation email and delivery updates. Anyone who asks for more information than that is a scammer. So, remember: Go to COVIDtests.gov or call 1-800-232-0233 (TTY 1-888-720-7489) to order your free COVID test kits from the federal government.

Stop by their booth at our event on June 8th and 9th to check out what they have to offer. There will be a few booths participating in giving out free gifts and stuff. We hope to see you there!
