UCNS welcomes new leadership! Margie Ream, MD, PhD, was elected to serve a two-year term as Chair of the UCNS Board of Directors beginning May 1, 2026. Dr. Ream is an attending pediatric neurologist and director of the Leukodystrophy Clinic at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH. Congratulations to 10 newly UCNS-accredited subspecialty fellowship training programs. Programs attaining UCNS accreditation status have demonstrated they offer the core curriculum established by the subspecialty and meet required quality standards established by UCNS. There are now 268 UCNS-accredited training programs in UCNS-recognized subspecialties.
