WACTAC turns 30 this year! 🎉🥳 Since 1996, WACTAC has been a space for teens to come explore and make connections to art, museums, themselves, and with other teens!

Join us at the Walker on Saturday, August 15, from 12-5pm for a community gathering to celebrate the past, present, and future of WACTAC.

We’d like to extend the invitation to all WACTAC alumni, friends and collaborators of WACTAC over the years, and other youth workers to come engage and learn more about the power of youth arts programming in the Twin Cities.

Please RSVP for the event at: https://walkerartcenter.wufoo.com/forms/w1xhn93v18aff27/

The link is also in our bio :) DM w/ any questions!

Thank you so much for coming and supporting TeenTakeover!! WACTAC worked hard to create this event and it was amazing seeing people enjoy it!

Thank you to our lovely staff and security for their work done today! And thank you to the performers and support we had:

The event wouldn't have been the same without these people/groups! Please go check them out if you're interested!

Once again, from everyone in WACTAC, thank you so much!

We have our 3rd and final performer: Soulflower! They will be playing at 8:45pm at TeenTakeover. Soulflower emerged when Solo artists Inayah El-Amin, Matt "Freakwhensee" Greene, Victor Wedden, and Ezekiel Cowen gravitated towards each other. Their fusion of rock, pop, and soul is fresh, fun, and vulnerable, delivering a mesmerizing and resonant live experience!

Apologies for the late post!
