I have been asked to start this group back up. Longfellow residents, who will be willing to start this project back up?

I am out in Excelsior and have no way to coordinate specific outings. What I CAN do is help facilitate the process and coordinate contacts, resources, e.t.c.

For anyone who wants to get out there and help with cleanup. This group will be out along Lake Street today. "Like" and keep checking back for frequent updates.

The Cities are burning. Neighborhoods and small businesses need us to come together to show the full strength of our support. Our Cities cry out for justice. We are here to wipe the tears.

I just want to help somehow. Not being in the Longfellow area, I don't know how. My first thought was a go fund me to help repair and fix all of the vandalism. Thoughts?

Remember...... you cannot remove graffiti from the front of street signs as the solvents remove the reflective coating.

You CAN though report to 311 or See Click Fix app the location and numbers written on the back as those are tied to GPS location.

9 years ago! Ha. Just getting this group started.

"Went out with my Anti-Graffiti group tonight on bikes and took roughly 60 tags off of 1.5 miles of roads in South Minneapolis. I have come to a few conclusions. A.) I have a bony arse and a bike seat is not as comfortable as a leather couch. B.) 3 years between bike rides will take a toll on me tomorrow. C.) I need a beer to proactively kill the pain. Of the three observations, I will repeat C a few times."
