“We at the 100 Black Men of the Twin Cities are deeply heartbroken by the tragic events at Annunciation Catholic School today. Our hearts and deepest condolences go out to the entire Annunciation community—the families, children, and staff affected by this senseless act of violence.

As a mentorship organization rooted in community support, we believe that when one part of our city is hurting, we all share that pain. We stand in solidarity with Annunciation and the broader Minneapolis community, offering our support and prayers for healing and strength.”

In the warmth of W.A. Frost’s Fireside Room, the brothers of 100 Black Men Twin Cities came together—not just to break bread, but to build.

We leaned into brotherhood, strategy, and shared purpose as we laid the foundation for what’s ahead. With the school year approaching, we’re setting the tone early—focused on excellence, consistency, and impact as we prepare to elevate the Jr. 100 Mentorship Academy.

Every handshake, every conversation, every moment last night was intentional. The energy was clear: move forward—stronger, sharper, more aligned.

Grateful to W.A. Frost for hosting us in a space that matched the spirit of the evening: elegant, purposeful, and steeped in legacy.

The mission is clear. The work is real. And the brotherhood? Locked in.

We’re just getting started.

The Jr 100 Mentorship Academy is still going strong. We may not be the best at social media but the mentees, and mentors, are learning, growing, and enjoying our bi-weekly sessions. Topics this year included team building, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, coding, career exploration, mental health, and more.
