Speaker Richard Nagbe Koon Commends Okada Motto Company for Investing in Liberia
On January 21, 2025, Honorable Speaker Richard Nagbe Koon attended an event hosted by Okada Motto Company in Paynesville town hall. The company has introduced a state-of-the-art mobile system aimed at enhancing trust and minimizing accident risks by tracking riders and monitoring their speed. Additionally, Okada Motto’s presence in Liberia is set to create numerous job opportunities for young Liberians.
In his remarks, Speaker Koon praised the company for choosing Liberia as an investment destination. He encouraged the company’s CEO, Dr. Mohammed Sumaila, to prioritize the welfare of Liberians, ensure their safety, and implement initiatives that will foster the growth of both the company and the nation.
The program was also attended by the Vice President of Liberia, Hon. Jeremiah K. Koung, who served as the official launcher of the company.
