Run for HER is an organization whose mission is to build a community of women through trail running who will challenge themselves in order to change the trajectory of other women’s lives in the toughest of places!

128 women raised $48,400 at the 5th Annual Run For HER. Each woman pushed through 8 or 16 miles of winding trails at Lake Rebecca in Rockford, Minnesota, to support women in Nepal. Their funds will help bring health camps to villages where basic care is out of reach—giving more women access to life-saving care and health education.

💛 What a day. What a community. 💛

We are still smiling from an incredible Run for HER weekend.

Nearly 100 women came together to run, jog, and walk the trails at Lake Rebecca—all for a purpose bigger than themselves.

The weather was beautiful, the energy was contagious, and the encouragement on the course was something special. From first-time participants to seasoned participants, every woman who showed up helped make this event unforgettable.

And because of this amazing community, we raised an incredible $48,400 to support women locally and around the world. 🌍✨

All we can really say is, THANK YOU.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you.

We are overwhelmed with gratitude.

Because of this incredible community, Run for HER raised $48,400 this year to support women locally and around the world. 🌍✨

Every registration.
Every donation.
Every volunteer hour.
Every early morning training run.
Every cheer from the sidelines.

It all mattered.

Last weekend was about so much more than miles on a trail. It was women showing up for women — together choosing hope, freedom, dignity, and restoration.

To every participant, volunteer, sponsor, donor, and supporter: THANK YOU. You made this happen. 💛

We’re still processing all that God did through this event, but one thing is certain: this community is something special.

The wait is almost over.

Tomorrow, hundreds of women will hit the trails at Lake Rebecca to run, jog, and walk for something so much bigger than a finish line.

This is what months of training, fundraising, planning, and prayer have been building toward.

This is women showing up for women.

This is Run for HER. 💛

📣 Bring your signs.

🎉 Bring your loudest cheers.

Let’s fill the trails with energy, encouragement, and celebration.

As we head into race day, we’d also love your prayers for:
🙏 Strength and endurance for every participant
🙏 Safety for all runners, walkers, volunteers, and spectators
🙏 Smooth logistics and joyful moments throughout the day
🙏 That every step would point to hope, freedom, and restoration

Tomorrow we celebrate every mile, every volunteer, every donor, and every woman who said “yes” to being part of this movement.
