In this interactive and experiential session, weโ€™ll explore how coaches can intentionally work with nature as part of the coaching process, from subtle practices that work indoors or virtually to fully outdoor coaching experiences. Through discussion, reflection, and firsthand experience, weโ€™ll explore how nature can create different conditions for insight and discovery, along with practical ways to begin experimenting within your own coaching practice.

Building a coaching culture doesn't happen alone.

The Internal Coaching Network (ICN), a partnership between ICF Minnesota and the Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO), brings together professionals leading and participating in internal coaching programs across the Twin Cities.

ICN provides a confidential, judgment-free space to connect, share best practices, and explore common challenges, from strategic alignment and program funding to leading change within organizations.

The network meets every other month, alternating between virtual and in-person gatherings, to foster learning, innovation, and community among those advancing coaching cultures.

Congratulations to Sara Lommen on earning her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential! ๐ŸŽ‰ A graduate of Executive Coaching in Organizations (ECO) Cohort 9, Sara recently shared a beautiful reflection on the role community has played throughout her coaching journey.

As Sara reflects:
"In June, when I left the exam center knowing I had just earned my ACC credential, I smiled with gratitude as I thought of the circle of people who witnessed my growth as a coach and as a human, and who trusted me to witness theirs."

What a day!!!

Cohort 10 of the Executive Coaching in Organizations (ECO) program recently welcomed guest facilitator Jalaal Madyun, for a session on using assessments to diagnose leadership challenges and drive better business outcomes.

They explored questions around balancing individual development goals with business priorities, measuring meaningful growth, and using assessments to better understand the underlying causes of leadership challenges.
