With May being mental health month, how many people are checking on those who you know struggle. It is all of our jobs to say something when we see someone struggling. Offer support, or some type of resource or just even ask simply is there something I can help you with.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and in our community we don’t sweep real conversations under the rug, we bring them to the front.
This is your reminder that strength doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like resting. Sometimes it looks like speaking up. Sometimes it looks like asking for help without shame.
We are breaking cycles, healing out loud, and creating space where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health.
Talk about it. Normalize it. Protect your peace. Check on your people.
You are seen. You are valued. You are not alone.
And yes, your mental health matters
