Community Animal Rescue Effort
Established July 2, 2007

C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, volunteer organization established to assist our community and county with the aide of giving proper shelter and care to stray, abandoned and abused animals. We believe in humane and ethical treatment of all animals. Our goal is to provide this service to our community and area in various ways.

5. Monthly Pet Nail Trim. Future goal we are working on- Purchasing a transport van. This would allow our organization to transport rescues to pre- determined adoptions in other states. Transport our rescues to vet appointments and supply pick up. CARE cannot help with this situation. We are overloaded with what we can handle and manage. And actually more than normal as we are boarding also. And foster families full.
Anyone recognize these pups? Or willing to adopt. They will be headed to the Mineral Wells shelter.
People PLEASE stop dumping..spay/neuter. Take to the shelter. Keep until you can get help. Or space becomes available. We all cannot keep up with the community situations being created.
Spay/neuter is the prevention and core cure to the problem. Our city shelters are the next. Rescues and people able to help if room- are 3rd options. YOU are part of the core of the prevention. Spay/neuter. Or be responsible with your pet.
